What FlowBatch Processes

FlowBatch processes your image and video files entirely on your local device. When you create a workflow and run batch processing:

• All file processing happens locally using FFmpeg and other bundled tools
• Files are read from your selected input folders
• Processed files are written to your selected output folders
• No files are uploaded to any server or cloud service
• No network connections are made during file processing

Local Data Storage

FlowBatch stores the following information only on your local device:

• Workflow Presets: Your saved workflows (node configurations and connections)
• Application Settings: User preferences and interface customization
• License Information: Your license key (if you purchased a license)
• Processing Logs: Local logs of batch operations for troubleshooting

All of this data remains on your computer in your user application data folder. We have no access to this information.

What FlowBatch Does NOT Collect

FlowBatch does not collect, transmit, or access:

• Your image or video files
• File names, folder paths, or directory structures
• EXIF metadata or other file information
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Your workflow presets or configurations
• System information or hardware specifications
• Personal information or identifiable data

License Activation

When you purchase a FlowBatch license and activate it:

• The license key is validated locally using cryptographic verification
• Your license key is stored only on your device
• No personal information is required for activation
• License validation does not send data to our servers

FlowBatch uses offline license verification based on cryptographic signatures. Your license key is verified mathematically without needing to contact external servers.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Ahrefs Analytics to understand visitor behavior and improve the site. Ahrefs collects:

• Pages visited and time on site
• Referral sources (where visitors came from)
• Approximate location (city/country level)
• Device type and browser information
• Anonymized IP addresses

This data helps us understand how people use our website and marketing materials. Analytics are only for the website and have no connection to the FlowBatch desktop application.

Waiting List Sign-ups

When you join our waiting list via the website form:

• We collect your email address (required)
• We collect your name (optional)
• Form submissions are processed by Formspree
• We use this information only to send launch announcements and early access invitations
• You can unsubscribe at any time
